ABSTRACT
The broad objective of this
project work is to highlight the functions of central bank and debt management
of the nations or foreign debts.
Chapter one dealt with the
various definitions of terms, which is the core study of this work. The
statement of problems, statement of objectives, statement of hypothesis, scope
of study and its limitations were discussed.
Chapter two talked about
literature review, different ways of repayment of public debts, debt management
strategies, causes and problems of managing external debt, recommendations for
debt management and reference.
The method of data
collection was discussed in chapter three, the oral discussion and
questionnaires were used. The researcher also made use of some selected sample
population.
Also the presentation and
analysis of information collected by the researcher were discussed in chapter
four while chapter five dealt with the summary, conclusion, and recommendation
of the research project.
